What if I need my money back?

Investing with Investnation means that you can withdraw your money any time you want – no lock-ins.

Do you charge me when I withdraw my investments?

No. With the flexibility to withdraw your investments anytime, there are no penalties or charges applied. You earn the exact returns on your investments for the exact period you held your investments. You do not lose because of withdrawals.

Why do you need my risk profile before I Invest?

This is a regulatory requirement, so as to assess and understand the investor risk profile/appetite. Only investments meeting the risk profile/appetite are offered to investors.

What is the Finance House vault card?

This is a free prepaid card, a collaboration between investnation and Finance House. It simplifies funding, investing, and withdrawing. Just transfer money onto the card, choose your investments, and withdraw when you’re ready.

How do I add funds to my investnation Vault pre-paid card?

Your investnation Vault prepaid card is like a bank account with its own IBAN number. You can transfer money into it from any UAE bank account.

To add money to your Investnation Vault prepaid card you need to do the following:

• Go to your bank’s app.

• Add your investnation Vault prepaid card as a beneficiary.
(use the IBAN number at the back of your Vault prepaid card from the Investnation app.)

• Transfer the amount you want to your investnation Vault prepaid card.

How long will it take for a fund transfer to reflect on my investnation Vault pre-paid card?

Transfer of funds is seamless and instant. It would take the same amount of time as if you are transferring between two bank accounts within the UAE.

What investments options you offer?

At Investnation we believe in keeping it simple, clear, and personalized just for you.

Therefore, based on their risk profile and appetite, investors are offered one or more of the following flagship schemes:

Saver: Is our entry level investment scheme which prioritizes capital preservation over enhanced returns, it consists mainly of what is know as money market placements with banks earning slightly higher than the normal customer bank deposits.

Flex: This is investment scheme for those who want a balanced approach. Enhanced returns are earned through the inclusion of higher returns, yet safe, investments such as fixed income.

Growth: This scheme offers enhanced returns while keeping focus on capital preservation and minimisation of risks.

What is the investnation referral program?

The investnation referral program is a system where existing investnation investors can refer friends, family, or acquaintances to the investnation platform they are using. In return for successful referrals, the referrer receives a referral reward to be used for his subsequent investment purchase.

How do I earn the referral bonus?

Each time someone becomes a new investnation subscriber and does an investment into a portfolio of his/her choice using your personal invitation code or referral link that you shared with them becomes eligible to earn AED 20 for each successful referral.

These rewards will be made each time your referral meets the eligibility criteria in accordance with the investnation referral guidelines.

How do I know if I am eligible to refer?

You are eligible to refer a new customer, once you have completed your onboarding journey and are an active investment customer, which means you have invested into a portfolio.

How do I earn the referral reward?

You are eligible to receive this reward each time a new investnation customer, meaning a natural person who has never begun signing up for investnation before, (1) uses your personal invitation code or referral link that you shared with them, and they sign up for a new account; (2) completes an initial AED500 investment transaction in any investnation portfolio account of his/her choice.

When will the referral reward come to my account?

After your referral has successfully onboarded and invested, you will receive an AED 20 referral bonus which can be used when you do your next investment.

Is there a limit on the referrals or the referral reward?

Participants in the investnation referral program can earn upto a max referral amt of AED 200 or 10 clients.

How do I refer friends?

• Open the investnation app and tap the “Referral” icon in the bottom right

• Click on the “Invite friends” tab at the bottom of the page and choose messages/ email of WhatsApp app to send your friends a referral message along with your unique referral code.

• Share your unique referral code with friends

• Your friends must use your unique referral link to sign up for investnation

• Your friends must get onboarded and make their successful first investment (AED 500 or more).

• After your referral has successfully invested, you will receive an AED 20 referral bonus which will be used when you do your next investment.

How can I check on the status of my referrals?

Thanks to your unique referral link, you can see how many referrals you have pending and completed right from the investnation app.

Open the investnation app and tap on the “Referral” icon in the bottom right

• Tap on the “Registered or completed” box

• You can see “Your invite history” under Registered or completed.

• The total Value of referral earned is reflected in the top right corner of the screen.

Are there any other terms to keep in mind?

Please note that the investnation referral program terms and rewards can be changed or amended on each unique offer and the same will be communicated vide the app.
